Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pretty Pickz By Neka is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
