Thank you for shopping with Pretty Pickz By Neka! We want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on final sale items.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at auriliabriggs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item(s).

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right.
